EXPEDITION 22 - CREW PREPARES FOR ISS MISSION AS SOYUZ ROLLS TO THE LAUNCH PAD Print

At the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, Expedition 22 Soyuz Commander Oleg Kotov and Flight Engineers T.J. Creamer of NASA and Soichi Noguchi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency participated in traditional prelaunch activities from Dec. 8-17, 2009. They are scheduled to launch Dec. 20 in the Soyuz TMA-17 spacecraft to the International Space Station. The video footage also includes the mating of the Soyuz capsule to its booster rocket and the Soyuz rollout to the launch pad in Baikonur.
