The crew that will launch aboard space shuttle Endeavour on its STS-134 mission to the International Space Station participated in a crew equipment interface test (CEIT), Nov. 8 - 10 at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. During the test, the astronauts inspected mission hardware and flight equipment that they will use in orbit.

Endeavour will deliver the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer, or AMS, to the station. AMS is a particle physics detector designed to operate as an external experiment. Endeavour also will deliver the Express Logistics Carrier-3, which will be filled with spare parts and supplies.

The STS-134 crew is Commander Mark Kelly, Pilot Greg H. Johnson and Mission Specialists Michael Fincke, Greg Chamitoff, Andrew Feustel and European Space Agency astronaut Roberto Vittori.
